08/09 Competitive Season Ready to Begin!
As BSSC’s preseason training camp approaches you can start to smell the chlorine in the air! The club is eagerly preparing for another great season ahead. There are many exciting reasons to be part of BSSC’s competitive program for the 08/09 season. The season will be full of firsts for BSSC. This is the first year BSSC will have a Tier 7 team, the highest level of competition in Canada. This will also be the first time in many seasons that the club will have 2 teams at the National level, the tier 7 team and a tier 6, 13-15 team. In addition to a strong national program, BSSC will offer teams and extra routines at the provincial level in tiers 1-5 and a team in the masters’ category.
BSSC is excited to welcome many familiar and some new faces to its competitive coaching staff. This season’s coaches include Christa Schnarr, Kim Davis, Diana Briere, Lisamarie Senior, Elly Van Fleet and Head Coach, Jenn Scott.

Recreational Synchro Programs Continue to Grow in Burlington
With the recent release of the City of Burlington’s Recreation Guide the fall recreational synchro schedule was made available to the public. Building on the success of last year’s recreational program, we are striving to make our programs even more accessible for the families of Burlington.
This season our recreational programs will continue to be offered at Centennial, Tansley Woods and Aldershot pools. In addition, we now have a programming available at Angela Coughlan Pool. Our introductory Aqua Squirts program for boys and girls ages 5-8 will now be offered at all of our pools, and the complete line up of learn to synch programs from beginner to pre-competitive will also be offered.
Registration for BSSCs programs is easy. Print off our downloadable registration form and participant agreement from our website and mail it in or drop it off at our club address available in the contact information of this site. If you would prefer, we also have an in-person registration night on Tuesday, September 30 from 5-7 PM at Aldershot Pool. Club members will be available to answer questions and accept registrations.
